Parts for the clutch A smoothly operating clutch is the basis of every driveline in a truck or tractor. Protempo supplies complete febi clutch kits, but also individual parts such as the clutch disc, pressure plate, and release bearing. These parts are OE-compliant, which means they fit precisely and can handle the high torques of heavy diesel engines. Driveshafts and connections Power is transferred to the wheels via the driveshaft. Wear on U-joints or a defective propshaft bearing leads to vibrations and can cause further damage. The febi parts for the driveshaft are balanced and made from the correct types of steel to withstand the continuous load in both road transport and agriculture. Wheel hubs and bearings At the end of the driveline, the wheel hubs and wheel bearings carry the full weight of the vehicle and its load. A defective wheel bearing means immediate downtime. That is why we supply febi bearings and wheel hubs that meet the original specifications for load capacity and service life, protected by appropriate seals and hub caps. Assembly and lubrication A repair is only complete when it is carried out correctly. In addition to the mechanical parts, we also supply the right greases and adhesives for assembly. Using the correct lubrication for a U-joint or wheel bearing, for example, is necessary to make sure the new part lasts a long time.
