Connection for driveshafts The universal joint is an important part in the driveline of trucks and agricultural machinery. It provides a flexible connection in the driveshaft, allowing power to be transmitted while the angle between the shafts changes. This is necessary for the suspension travel of the rear axle or for machines operating on uneven terrain. Maintenance for a long service life Most febi universal joints are equipped with a grease nipple. This allows the needle bearings to be periodically supplied with new grease, which prevents wear and extends the service life. For maintenance, we also supply complete repair kits, so a worn joint can be replaced without renewing the entire driveshaft. Precise fit according to OE standard A universal joint must fit exactly to prevent vibrations in the driveline. The febi parts are produced according to original specifications. This provides balanced operation and prevents consequential damage to the transmission or differential due to imbalance in the rotating driveshaft.
