Central component for wheel mounting The wheel hub is the direct connection between the axle and the wheel of a truck or agricultural machine. A damaged hub inevitably leads to downtime. Protempo supplies febi wheel hubs that guarantee reliable mounting and power transmission from the drive, both for road transport and for heavy equipment in the agricultural sector. Integrated bearings and ABS rings To reduce assembly time in the workshop, various versions are available. In addition to a separate 'wheel hub without wheel bearing', we also supply complete units. A 'wheel hub with wheel bearing' avoids having to press in the bearing yourself. For vehicles with an anti-lock braking system, a 'wheel hub with wheel bearing and ABS sensor ring' is the right choice, so that the electronics function correctly straight away. Precise fit for safety An incorrect fit of the wheel hub can lead to vibrations, excessive tyre wear and unreliable signals from the ABS sensor. The febi parts are OE-compliant and therefore have the correct dimensions. This ensures a trouble-free installation and safe operation of the wheel suspension under the heavy load of daily use.
