In trucks and tractors, this component has to handle enormous torques and withstand frequent shifting. A febi pressure plate is made to handle this load, so the driver can engage the clutch and pull away smoothly. Versions with and without release bearing For a complete repair, it is important to have the right parts. Protempo therefore supplies clutch pressure plates in various sets. Versions are available that come complete with a release bearing, but also sets without a release bearing that include a separate mounting kit. This gives the mechanic the flexibility to replace exactly what is needed. Precise mounting for a long service life Correct mounting is necessary for proper operation. For specific applications, we also supply the separate intermediate ring for the clutch pressure plate. Using these OE-compliant parts ensures that the clutch works again as the manufacturer intended, which benefits the service life of the entire drivetrain.
