Delivery

Deliveries will only be made when full payment has been received on our bank account or when payment by card has been made.

Deliveries can be of several types:

parcel carrier delivery: shipments of small and moderate weight parts will be shipped by a parcel carrier.
Delivery of large packages: parts of large dimensions or weight, such as trailers, require delivery by appointment. An appointment will be offered to you, in the event of non-receipt (absence) the delivery will be due and return and new presentation costs may be claimed from you.
Removal from our storage location or from the head office: the goods will be made available to you during working hours, it is preferable to agree on a removal date for important parts so that they are prepared for removal. Please always ask by e-mail or phone if the parts are available.
