Tiny House chassis 8m40 (Lower Version)

This double axle chassis is distinguished by its robust design and its "extra-low" profile, optimizing the height available for the construction of the housing while respecting road constraints.

1. Structure and Dimensions

• Tray length: 8.40 meters (excluding arrow).

• Chassis: Hot galvanized steel structure, offering maximum corrosion protection.

• Configuration: Version low, which means that the plateau is located as close to the ground as possible to maximize the ceiling height of the future Tiny House (often to stay below the 4 metre total height on road).

• Crossings: The frame has many close reinforcement ties to ensure a homogeneous distribution of the housing load.

2. Road train and safety

• Axles: Double central axle (tandem) with rigid black plastic mudguard.

• Brake: Inertia braking system with reinforced coupling head.

• Tyres: Wheeled 195 50 R13.

• Stability: Presence of a telescopic jockey wheel at the front.

3. Equipment and Finishes

• Lighting: Rear lamps recessed in the rear cross-section to protect them during manoeuvres, supplemented by side marker lamps (orange) throughout the length. The rear lamps are lamp lamps and the other LED lamps.

• Arrow: Long V-arrow for better directional stability and easier reverse. The arrow is bolted and therefore little to be disassembled if necessary (blockage, protection against theft...)

4. Good points for auto-construction

• Lower deck: The structure is at the bottom of the road, allowing you to gain space in height in your construction. This configuration is particularly useful if your construction has a mezzanine and wants to stay below the 4m total.

• Solid construction: The frame is designed to take heavy charge. This trailer has a PTAC of 3500kg.
